With over 20 years of accounting and finance experience, as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA), Fara has built a reputation for her ability to streamline complex accounting operations, drive strategic financial decisions, and provide valuable insights to clients across diverse industrie.
Fara's career spans a range of leadership roles, most notably as the Accounting Controller at Virtus Financial Group, where she managed the financial operations of a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio. Her experience includes overseeing budgets, preparing financial reports, coordinating audits, and implementing efficient accounting processes that align with organizational goals.
At our firm, Fara leads with a focus on precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement. She works closely with clients to ensure their financial practices are not only compliant but optimized for long-term success. Her ability to analyze data, advise on strategic financial decisions, and oversee team operations makes her an invaluable asset to both the firm and our clients.

Frank Zargar
Frank is a seasoned accounting professional, bringing over 20 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, investment banking, and strategic accounting. With a distinguished career advising CEOs, boards, and private equity sponsors across multiple industries, Frank has an exceptional ability to drive business transformation and optimize financial performance.
Before joining the firm, Frank held senior roles in investment banking, including Vice President positions at major Canadian banks such as BMO Capital Markets and TD Securities. In these roles, he successfully executed over $150 billion in M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, IPOs, and restructuring mandates. Frank’s expertise spans a wide range of industries, including power, infrastructure, industrials, mining, real estate, and retail, where he worked with global companies and private equity sponsors to structure and execute high-profile transactions.
Throughout his career, Frank has developed a deep understanding of business strategy, working alongside some of the most successful global companies and financial institutions. His strategic insight, combined with his financial acumen, has enabled him to consistently drive growth, create value, and manage complex financial and operational challenges.
In addition to his finance and accounting expertise, Frank is also a successful entrepreneur. His experience in managing and growing businesses gives him a unique, hands-on perspective on the needs and challenges faced by businesses at all stages of growth. This entrepreneurial background helps him better understand the critical levers that drive business success, allowing him to offer highly practical, results-oriented advice to clients.
